Chris Merritt - Iowa
Chris is president and managing partner and joined MPR in 2001. University of Iowa grad (Go Hawks!)
His varied industry experience of 40+ years includes foodservice operations manager, dealer contract sales person and installer, direct manufacturer representative and regional sales manager for manufactures. Besides his loving family, his interests include performance art especially music, outdoor activities/sports and physical fitness of all kinds, community involvement and his dogs.

Matt O' Donnell - Kansas/Western Missouri
A Graduate of the University of Kansas in 1987 , Matt got his start as a manufacturer's representative in 1989 . After working for 2 other rep groups , Matt was offered a Partnership with Midwest Professional Reps in 1996 . Matt has served on numerous Rep Councils and most recently stepped down as a Board Member of MAFSI . Matt's outside interests involve Coaching High School Rugby, and exercising . To relieve the stress of coaching and exercising , he enjoys ( making ) Beer and imbibing in Bourbon and Wine.

Chad Ridgway - Nebraska/ Kansas
Chad has been with Midwest Professional Reps for 18 years. Chad brings passion and enthusiasm to work daily which translates into helping numerous customers, consultants, and dealers in various foodservice segments, find solutions to their everyday equipment needs.
Chad enjoys personally connecting face to face with customers who appreciate his hands on approach to identifying challenges and needs in this constantly changing industry and going above and beyond to assist.

Eric Reed - Missouri/Southern Illinois
Responsible for project management, outside sales, social media and corporate chef, Eric covers Southern Illinois and Missouri for MPR. Eric spent 10+ years in foodservice operations before joining us. When not working, you'll probably catch him enjoying any music and food he can find.

Katie Hahn - Quotation Specialist
Katie Hahn is MPR Quotation Specialist for MO, IL, KS, IA, and NE. When you call the office she is the one you always speak to. She has been with MPR since September, 2004. In her spare time and not working, you can be sure that Katie is spending all her time with her family.

Dustin Rider - Iowa Territory Manager
Dustin is the newest member of Team MPR, joining us Nov 1, 2023. His experience includes 6 years with HyVee in catering and restaurant management. He then advanced to a nutritional management position at two senior living organizations. He then joined Martin Brothers Distributing in the Equipment Solutions Dept. He enjoys spending time with his spouse and daughter outdoors fishing, kayaking and if there is a sprint car race going on, he's sure to be there.
